OUR STORY

Hi there!  We are Eric and Katie, and we are the people behind Renown Sound DJs! Here is a little about our story and how we got here today.

DJing started in the family as Eric began DJing as a teenager after being inspired by his brother's work and working for one of the largest DJ companies in Michigan.  He went on to create his own DJ company, Renown Sound DJs, and has since provided sound and DJ services for all kinds of events. He has built a great working knowledge of all types of music to provide fun and meaningful experiences for people.

When Eric and Katie met and eventually married, Katie joined in with her experience and love of event planning and has been supporting the Renown Sound DJ business behind the scenes ever since.  We share a love and passion of leading and facilitating experiences that connect and bring people together through movement and music.   

From experiencing our own wedding day together, we know first hand what all goes into it.  We are grateful for your trust in us to work with you and your other vendors to ensure you experience your special day as you have hoped for and dreamed of.
